A lot of backcombing and plenty of heated rollers were high on Laura's hair menu as her locks went from straight and beachy to big and bouffant for the shoot.
We're far more used to seeing Laura with natural-looking, tousled hair that has that 'I just got out of bed and it looked like this' feel we all strive for but never quite achieve!
So it's great to see her going for big, sexy hair that looks like it might be a bit Cheryl Cole, circa May 2011 if she doesn't mind us saying so?...
Celebrity hairdresser Guy Kremer, who's tended to many A-list tresses including Elizabeth Hurley and Emilia Fox, is the man behind Laura's look.
After setting Laura's hair in large heated rollers (a great trick for achieving root volume, fyi), he then backcombed like crazy before teasing it back off her face into a soft beehive.
Backcombing is also a brilliant trick if you want to create volume without faffing around with clip-in hair pieces.
Just remember to backcomb from no more than a few inches up from the roots of your hair, otherwise you'll cause more harm than good.
You could also try spritzing each section with hairspray before you backcomb it – this'll help it hold that volume for-ev-er!
To be fair, how could you not?
