Lydia Bright is about to reveal a whole new hairdo. And while we're yet to see Lydia's transformation on the red carpet, she treated us to a couple of teaser pictures on Twitter yesterday (24 June)...

We're not sure we'd be comfortable showing pics of ourselves in the salon chair (think wet hair, no make-up etc!), but Lydia was looking as good as ever and was obviously far too excited about her new look to be worried about the odd wayward hair!

"So excited for my new look. Long day sitting in the @malcmurphyhair chair excited to see the big transformation," Lydia tweeted in the afternoon, along with a picture having what we first thought were more dark blonde extensions put into her hair.

However, another selfie, posted a whopping six hours later (eek!) proved she was not only going for super-long locks, but dark brown ones at that!

"Still in the same seat but nearly finished so excited for my new look," she posted.

Lydia, of The Only Way is Essex fame, was at Malcolm Murphy Hair salon in Leicester where Malcolm himself was tending to her hair.

It was Malcolm who updated her colour and fitted her Great Lengths hair extensions back in March, so it was apt that she got him to update her look yet again.

Now we're sure some of this length will get chopped off, but still, it looks like Lydia's gone for one helluva makeover.

We can't wait to see it in all its glory!
