Kicking off the New Year's Eve weekend celebrations at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, the sexy singer and ex X Factor judge looked pretty hot in tight leather trousers and low-cut animal print jacket.
And we really do love that eye make-up – a gorgeous combination of sparkly copper above her eyes and a soft teal lining the bottom lashes.
But the lipstick was, quite frankly, a bad choice.
Super-pale, lilac pink lipstick is never an easy colour to pull-off, but with Kelly's gorgeous skin tones, it's a complete disaster.
C'mon Kelly, you can do better than that. Whatever's wrong with a classic red lippy? Or even a nude gloss.
