The former Made In Cheslea star stepped out at the Cosmopolitan #FashFest in London last night (18 September) looking sensational in a stunning strapless black scuba dress, complete with a pretty high-low hemline. (Her dress is from her own clothing range FYI, and is available to buy now for £125.)
And while make-up artist Millie posed up a storm on the red carpet, Reveal took the opportunity to quiz her on her must-have beauty trends for fall.
"I always like darker lipsticks in autumn," Millie said, "and I'm obsessed with having a glow. I think in the winter you can make it more pearlescent and a bit paler, just make sure you've still got that glow to your skin.
"I love illuminators and highlighters, and keeping my skin hydrated. I'm really loving a brand called Malin + Goetz at the moment. It's an American brand, they sent me some things, you know when you use something and just love it instantly!"
At the event, Millie opted for metallic gold eyeshadow with a slick of liquid liner, teamed with contoured cheeks to help give her face structure, plus a slick of matte pale pink lipstick.
And lucky Mills was in very capable hands while getting ready for her evening!
"I went to [celebrity make-up artist] Charlotte Tilbury's party earlier today," she told us. "It's one year since she launched her make-up line, so I had my make-up done there by one of her artists. She's amazing, I've loved her since I was like 10!"
Charlotte is one of the main players in the make-up industry and has decorated the faces of many an A-lister including Kate Moss, Cara Delevingne and Victoria Beckham. So we're just a little jealous that Millie is BFFs with her!
"She loves my fake lash collection," Millie added, "and she's really keen on my fashion line too. You know the skirt I wore on the night [of my clothing launch party], the blue one, she's already ordered it. I like her make-up and she likes my clothes!"
Chelsea gal Millie also sported a mega-bouncy and super-voluminous mane at the Cosmopolitan event, but admitted she did have a little helping hand in the barnet department.
"I'm wearing some clip-in extensions, so it's not all mine!" she laughed. "When I get my hair done I always ask for it to be wavy, not curly. I had it done a few hours ago and I find it looks better once it's dropped a bit."
Letting us in on some of her fave hair buys, Millie said: "There's a brand called Oribe, my hairdresser uses their Dry Texturizing Spray, £19, and it gives a really nice finish. I had a treatment earlier too using the Philip Kingsley Elasticizer Mask, £28, because my hair has been really dry recently."
Meanwhile, Millie has been busy promoting her new clothing line after holding the launch party in Notting Hill last week (10 September).
"I can't believe it was a week ago now, it's amazing," she told reporters. "My event was so nerve-wracking, I didn't really party but I wanted everyone else to have fun. You can't really enjoy your own event! But I've had really good feedback from everyone who came."
As for her future plans, Millie admitted she doesn't have any beauty-related projects in the pipeline, saying: "I think I'm going to just focus on my lash range at the moment, and my jewellery line for Dorothy Perkins as well. I'd definitely like to experiment with make-up, though."
She did let us in on a couple of exciting ventures though, saying: "I'm in meetings about a show to do with food. I might be writing a book as well! It won't be just [about] food, but yes, it is happening."
We can't wait to read it!
