Lydia Bright is back on TOWIE and has wowed us all with her amazing figure, hot make-up and stylish outfits.

We're desperate to find out the secrets behind her new look and caught up with the fashionable Essex star for a lowdown on her fitness regime, beauty must-haves and favourite vintage shops.

You recently came top of our best TOWIE bikini body poll, what's the secret behind your amazing figure?

I train five times a week and do an hour and a half each day – one hour cardio and half an hour weights. I'll switch it up sometimes and focus on arms, abs, upper body etc. I'm also quite restricted with food.

What does your diet consist of?

I eat six times a day – so a little a lot. I eat loads of protein and go through a pack of chicken, pack of salmon and can of tuna a day. And lots of eggs. Most of my diet is protein but I do have carbs as well.

What are your weaknesses?

I have one cheat day a week – pie, mash and liquor. I love it! I do crave sweet too, 'cause I don't get that in my diet. So I have chocolate sometimes or get a big bag of pick 'n' mix.

Did you stick to the diet in Marbella?

No, I was horrendous, I was so upset with myself! I don't really drink alcohol either and when I was in Marbs, that went out the window. And when you've got hangovers, all you want to do is eat! I'd be drinking which would be bad enough and then wake up and want a full English. So I'd have that and pizza later in the day. It's good to be back and in a routine again.

What beauty essentials did you take away?

A lot of SPF, Clarins sun screen and I love Hawaiian Tropic Spray Oil SPF 15. Body Shop have a Honey Bronze Shimmering Dry Oil, which is really good when you have a tan and gives your body a golden glow.

I always burn my lips on holiday, but I didn't want to sit in Marbella with sunblock on my lips when everyone is made up to the max. So Hawaiian Tropic have brought out this lipgloss (Island Berry Sunkissed Moisturising Lip Gloss SPF25) , which has an SPF 25. It's my holiday thing.

Do you switch to lighter make-up on holiday?

Yeah I wear a lot of MAC foundation but on holiday I wear BB creams. Gosh's is really good. You don't want to wear anything too thick and get sweaty. When you have a tan, you want people to see it. I love bright MAC lipsticks too. I love Candy Yum Yum and So Chaud – a matte coral.

How about your eyes?

I still wear my lashes! And I still did quite a heavy smoky eye in the nighttime. I love a smoky eye.

You always have some fab vintage clothes, where are favourite places to buy?

I think Shoreditch is always really good for vintage shopping. There's a big factory called Beyond Retro, I absolutely love it. Camden Lock Market – there's always loads of little vintage shops there that are cheap.

What trends are you loving this summer?

I'm loving the pastels. Prints as well, floral prints. I love crop tops as well, they were big last season but they're big again this season. I love what Lauren Pope is doing – little crop tops with high waist skirts. And the little culottes and matching blazers.

What's been your biggest fashion splurge?

Probably a vintage Chanel coat. It's orange and yellow tweed and I have a matching dress. The coat is knee length, a straight fit and has the Chanel emblazon on the button holes. The matching dress looks like a top and skirt and matches the coat, but has a chiffon body and big ruffle neck. The coat and dress together cost about £1,400
