The fashion blogger has been a regular on the FROWs in New York, London and Milan, and she made her latest appearance at the Andrew Gn autumn/winter '14 show at Paris Fashion Week on Sunday (2 March).
Shiny blow-dries and Miss Palermo go hand-in-hand, so we were pretty surprised to spot her straying from her usual polished look.
The City star opted for loose, effortless curls with tons of texture and heaps of volume. We like!
She even switched things up with her outfit too, tying a checked shirt at her waist (very 90s!) and adding a striped top and knee-grazing skirt. Fashionista Olivia also recycled the monochrome clutch she wore to the H&M show earlier that week.
Now we always want to copy Olivia's beauty looks, so it's hardly surprising we're desperate to recreate her new 'do.
1. Wash and condition your barnet with volumising products (try John Frieda Luxurious Volume Thickening Shampoo, £5.99, and Conditioner, £5.99), then, while damp, spritz a sea salt spray through the lengths.
We're fans of Bumble & Bumble Surf Spray, £21.50, or you could try Mark Hill Holiday Hair Beach Babe Wave Spray Sea Salt Spray, £5.99. These will help give your hair texture but they can dry out your locks, so make sure you load up on conditioner first!
2. Once dry, part your hair in the middle and section into more manageable pieces. Take a thin curling wand (we like Remington Pearl Hair Curling Wand, £19.99) and curl one-inch sections, but don't go any further than the top of your ear. This is key for Olivia's style - you need to keep the roots of your hair smooth and straight. Continue until all your hair is curled.
3. To achieve Olivia's relaxed, 'I just woke up like this' look (she didn't, trust us!), gently brush out your curls to help loosen them up.
4. Finish by running your fingers through your locks before fixing in place with hairspray (try Umberto Giannini Glam Hair Rock 'N' Roll Extreme Hairspray, £6).
Much easier than a DIY blow-dry, right?
