Rihanna is the queen of traffic-stopping nails, so it's no surprise we want to copy her latest mani!

The 'Diamonds' singer showcased her pointed stiletto talons in this Instagram snap, adorning the tips with a fierce chevron design.

The best thing about this look? It's really simple to recreate - no professional manicurist required!

Here's how:

1. Using a nail file (such as Champneys Glass Nail File, £10), shape your nails into a RiRi-esque point. Next, coat each nail with a clear polish - try Rimmel 60 Seconds Nail Polish in Clear, £3.69.

2. Once your clear base is completely dry, take some masking tape and cut into small strips. Position two strips diagonally on the middle of each nail to create an arrow shape. Stick down firmly.

3. Take a red nail polish (we like ORLY Nail Colour in Haute Red, £10.25) and fill in the tips of your nails, stopping as you reach the masking tape. Apply a second coat for an opaque colour.

4. Once dry, slowly peel of the masking tape and seal in your mani with a top coat - Nails Inc. Kensington Caviar Gel Effect Plumping Top Coat, £12, provides a shiny gel-like finish.

See, we told you it was easy!
